之前是 14.9.5然后按升级路径升级到 16.11.4后失败了于是卸载重装了 16.7.7版本，创建新用户时会失败跳到Whoops, something went wrong on our end.500的页面。看日志有这样的报错

是否卸载赶紧了呢？

用sudo yum remove gitlab-jh命令卸载的，我看几个降级的教程也没有别的操作呢

systemctl stop   gitlab-runsvdir.service
ps -ef | grep gitlab | grep -v grep | xargs kill -9
gitlab-ctl uninstall
yum remove gitlab-jh
rm -rf /etc/gitlab /opt/gitlab /var/log/gitlab /run/gitlab/

然后再次安装即可

请问这样操作以后之前的数据还在不在，重装后要恢复数据么

不在了，并不是下载后重装数据就依然保留的；保留数据的方式是不通过备份的方式

我重装16.7.7版本后恢复数据报错

我恢复成功了，但是还是报主题里的这个错误，我这个是在新的电脑重新恢复的
